This program will be exclusive to women who desire to start a business or to revamp their current business plan. Cohort will run 6 months, meeting once per month.
Purpose of program is to propel women to be successful & confident in their business endeavors. Access to resources & networking/business opportunities

THE AKLF Tomecka Williams Business Scholarship
In Honor of My Best Friend
Tomecka and I became best friends at the age of 9 yrs old... her life was ended, tragically due to domestic violence in 2013... Through our 30 years of friendship we did some amazing things, (and I also have some crazy fun stories to share). Tomecka was an entrepreneur as well as one of my biggest supporters! She truly wanted to see us all succeed! So in her honor, the AKLF Women-N-Business, along with sponsors, will award an annual business scholarship to a woman on a mission to improve her quality of life. My friend is greatly missed by her family, friends & the communities she served- we pray that this scholarship initiative will bring joy to many. #PainToPurpose
